Oh, wow...Vietnam. That must have been the experience of a lifetime! Very smart move with carrying snacks around, too. I've been doing that for a long time, and it really works for me. Like you said, my blood sugar doesn't dip too low because I don't let myself get to the point where I'm starving, and it also keeps me from overeating at meals (well, most of the time -- we all have our days!). :)

Fitness Buff

You will really get a workout with Jillian. I love her stuff, especially the 30 Day Shred DVD. I've written about my shred workouts on my blog - level 3 is nuts.
